Antivirus Scan ([Bankerfox.A]-[win32/Nuqel.E])

I've had a similar virus to this virus before and ran Malwarebytes
in safemode and such like I had to the last time to get rid of it, but
for some reason it KEEPS showing back up when I start my computer. I
have ran quick/full scans with Malwarebytes, quick/full scans with Avast
and BOTH came up with trojans and quarantined/eliminated them, but when
I start my comp back up, the virus is right there waiting. I have ran
multiple scans, and now scans show no threats, but the virus is STILL
there... How do I get rid of this?

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
